If you arrive after reception has closed, we ask that you call us before 6 p.m. on the day of arrival on +49 9152-9296-0 so that we can give you a code for our key safe.
Check out by 11am.

KEY SAFE
Late arrival with key safe
Since we have a key safe, you can also arrive after the reception is closed. We ask that you call before 6 p.m. so that we can fill the key safe in good time and give you your code.
In the foyer of the reception entrance there is a silver box with the inscription “keyBoy”. Here you enter the code you received over the phone and you will automatically receive your key.
Our rooms are spread over 4 houses with separate entrances. The first digit on your key indicates the house number. The house number is on the lamp above the front door.

Smokers & Pet owners
Note for smokers:
Our house only has non-smoking rooms.
Smoking out of the window is also not permitted.
Ashtrays are available in front of every house entrance.
Note for pet owners:
Pets are with us only after PRIOR registration and subsequent confirmation by us and subject to a charge.
They cannot be brought into the breakfast room.
CANCELLATIONS
What happens if you cancel?
Reservations with the best price rate can be canceled free of charge up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.
In the event of no-show or late cancellation, we charge 100% of the total price.
Exclusive rate reservations are subject to the following cancellation policy:
– free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
– after that 50% of the total price
-from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
-from the day of arrival or no-show 100% of the total price
In case of no-show or late cancellation we charge 100% of the total amount.
